We are holding a sponsored press up and sit up competition for ALL club members (past and present - playing or social) and their families to take part in.
Simply the challenge is to see how many press ups and sit ups they can achieve in just a short 15 minutes.
You need to get an impartial witness to verify how many reps of each type you manage within the 15 minute timeframe. There is no set order to which the exercise should be performed, and no limit on the number of each type of exercise.
For example, if you're fit enough you may choose to do nothing but sit-ups, or you might decide to do 500 press-ups and only 10 sit-ups.
The total number of BOTH exercises completed is then added together to complete your score.... SIMPLES!!!
The top performers will then face off in a grand final to be held at the club, to decide who our overall winner is!!
